If you get to the property early a few finishing touches you can do to help the photographer would be: turn on all lights, turn off fans, park a few houses down the street, and any last minute tidying up.
Please keep our cancellation policy in mind should you have any last minute schedule conflicts: If there are any changes or cancellations, please let us know within 24 hours of the booked appointment time. All cancelations made within 24 hours of appointed time will entail in a twenty-five (25%) fee of appointment cost booked. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling or booking any future appointments.
